Lily Allen shows off her toned abs as she kickstarts her 2023 fitness regime with Pilates after sun-soaked St Barts holiday with husband David Harbour
Lily Allen wasted no time in getting back to her fitness regime after returning to London from St Barts.
The singer, 37, saw in the start of 2023 with husband David Harbour, 47, and her two daughters Ethel, 11, and Marnie, nine on the stunning Caribbean island.
On Friday, Lily took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her private Pilates session as she worked on her strength on a ladder barrel.

Lily teased a glimpse on her washboard abs in a long sleeved grey crop top and black leggings as she was put to work by her teacher Amy Nelms, who also coaches The Crown’s Emma Corrin.
Resting one foot on the horse barrel, the songstress squeezed in her core as she performed a set of exercises.
Lily has been going to Pilates for months after radically changing her lifestyle.

Back in 2021, the Smile hitmaker hit back at concerns she was ‘too thin’ after an appearance on the The Lateish Show with Mo Gilligan.
Lily said at the time: ‘You’ve never seen me two years completely sober, not smoking and exercising every day.’
The same year the songstress reflected on past troubles and how she was previously hooked on a drug similar to speed to lose weight while on tour with Miley Cyrus in 2014.
The Smile songstress spoke to DJ Fat Tony on his The Recovery podcast about her own sobriety journey, including her personal lowest point, as she touched on the tour and how she felt – turning to drink, drugs and prostitutes.

After her weight rose to 14st, the 5′ 2″ star began taking a drug similar to speed to shed pounds before the tour, however this sent her on a downward spiral and left her debating taking heroin to help her ‘act out’.
She said: ‘I was supporting this girl who was much younger and more attractive than I felt. I was thinking, “I think I have got a drinking problem. And none of this acting out is working any more. Maybe I should try heroin.”‘
Speaking about the lead-up to heading off with Miley, she said: ‘ I got married when I was 24 and I had a baby, I had a baby who died 10 years ago this month…
‘And then I went on to have two successful pregnancies and then about six months after my youngest was born we ran out of money and I had to go back out on the road again. But I was 14 stone and did not feel like a pop star at all.’
She then turned to drugs to lose weight. Lily said: ‘I started taking a drug which is like speed to lose the weight and I got addicted to this drug because it made me feel invincible. And then I ended up on tour in America supporting Miley Cyrus…
‘It was when she was doing Wrecking Ball – it was a highly sexualised tour. I had just spent the last three years pushing babies out. It couldn’t have been less what I felt like.’
Tee-total: Lily has been more than three years sober and also gave up smoking in a huge health overhaul
